This machine is applicable to the process of middle and high-end women’s shoes finishing.

After the last is removed from the shoe, the deformed upper shall be heated to melt the glue fitted to the upper and then cooled to shape. The shaped upper shall be more linear and aesthetic;

The temperature and heating time of the hot last can be adjusted according to the material of the upper;

The cooling of the cold last mold is fast, the cooling temperature is adjustable, the minimum temperature can reach – 15 ℃, and the shaping effect is good

本机适用于中、高档女鞋整修鞋口工序。
在鞋子脱楦装钉后，对变形鞋口利用加热将鞋口贴合的胶重新融化定型，而后再冷却定型，定型后的鞋口更富有线条、美感;
根据鞋面材质可任意调整热楦模的温度及其加热时间；
冷楦模降温快，冷却温度可调，最低温度可达-15℃，定型效果佳.
