Heel Seat Conditioning Machine DTS-6329

This product is used for shaping the heel of men’s and women’s leather shoes. The machine heats the shoe last to soften the leather surface, and then pushes the silicone outer film through the cylinder to make the leather surface plastic under pressure. Without damaging the leather surface, the machine can shape the heel of leather shoes to achieve an ideal effect.

The temperature of the hot inner and outer membranes can be adjusted freely, which is applicable to the vamp of various materials. The appropriate temperature can be better selected according to the different materials. The finalized heel sleeve is perfectly bonded with the vamp and inner lining to improve the production quality and reduce the rate of nonconformity
