When we use the sewing machine, we often encounter that the bottom thread sometimes feels a little tight when making knitted clothes, and sometimes it feels too loose when making thick materials, so the products we make will also be imperfect and affect the beauty. How do you adjust the bobbin thread tension? Today, I would like to share with you how to correctly adjust the tightness of the sewing machine.
Looseness adjustment of sewing machine:

  1. There is a reed on the small seam of thread clamping on the shuttle cover of the bobbin core under the sewing machine. The tightness of the screw can be adjusted to control the tightness of the bobbin thread. Or loosen the upper thread, and keep the same tightness of the upper thread and the lower thread.
  2. Check the floor carefully. After disassembling the floor, install it and turn the handwheel to see if the bobbin thread is hooked up correctly. Check whether the bobbin shell is put in place and whether the direction of the bobbin center is correct (once it was put in the wrong direction, that is, whether the thread was wound clockwise or anticlockwise, carefully check the instructions). Sometimes it is good to re thread the bobbin thread and thread.
  3. The bobbin thread has an adjusting screw, a bobbin, and a very small screw Loosen it, and then check the adjuster of the lower thread. There is a spring. Check whether there is debris between the two gaskets, and clean it up. Check whether the surface thread is standard, and tighten a small screw at the outlet of the bobbin coil clamp.
