2、 The lubrication of cutting machine The lubrication of cutting machine is an important measure to reduce the wear of parts in operation and avoid failures. Poor lubrication of the bearing of the mechanical cutting machine leads to fever, seizure and other accidents. Therefore, lubrication is one of the important contents of the cutting machine maintenance. Implement the “Five Determinations” method of lubrication, which standardizes and institutionalizes the daily lubrication work, refines the content, and is simple and easy to remember. The details are as follows: 1. Fixed point: determine the lubrication position, lubrication point and inspection point of the equipment. 2. Fixed quality: use oil according to the grease brand specified in the machine copy list. 3. Quantitative: determine the amount of oil added to the lubricating parts of the equipment to prevent extravagance and manage oil leakage of the equipment. 4. On schedule: add oil, add oil and clean oil according to the time specified in the machine copy sheet to ensure timely lubrication. 5. 3、 The daily maintenance of the cutting machine is in the charge of the operator. Operators must know the equipment structure and observe the operation and maintenance procedures. 1. Before the work starts (shift change or intermittent work), the main department of the machine should be checked and filled with lubricating oil. 2. Use the equipment in strict accordance with the equipment operation procedures in the class, pay attention to the operation of the equipment, and timely handle or give a speech when finding problems. 3. Before the end of each shift, a cleaning work shall be carried out, and each friction surface and bright surface shall be coated with lubricating oil. 4. Under the normal two shift working condition, the machine shall be thoroughly cleaned and inspected every two weeks.
4、 Technical safety precautions: 1. After the machine is installed, it is necessary to ensure that the safety protection devices are complete and the lines and pipelines are complete. Properly ground the electric motor. 2. When repairing, adjusting, oiling, wiping and checking the machine, the power supply must be cut off first to avoid danger. 3. Before turning on the trigger, you must pay attention to the surrounding environment to see if there is anyone working under the machine. 4. When doing homework, it is not allowed to place any irrelevant items such as oil jug and tools on the workbench. 5. If an accident occurs after driving, or there is abnormal machine noise and jamming, it is necessary to park immediately for inspection.
