Cloth inspection process of cloth inspection machine

The cloth inspection machine is applicable to the inspection of various high-quality fabrics before mass production to prevent sub fabrics from flowing into the production line, so as to ensure the quality of clothing fabrics. Now Ding Logistics Machinery will introduce the specific fabric inspection process of the fabric inspection machine.

Cloth inspection process:
● Poor shearing office: take 1 piece of cloth head/middle/tail respectively. 4 ″ shearing office × 4 ″ is enough. Sampling can be done at the position about 5y yards from the cloth head/tail. Sampling can be done at the edge or between the cloth.
● Startup operation: set the code meter to “0” position, and then let the cloth pass through the code meter. Record the actual yardage after cloth inspection.
● Measuring cloth seal: each piece shall be measured at least three times, and the cloth shall be loosened as much as possible and recorded.
● Defect mark: stick sticker beside the defect; Continuous defects shall be marked on the head/middle/tail and recorded.
● Measurement of gram weight: measure the gram weight of each piece of cloth tested at least once and record it.
● Defect cutting office: the defect cutting office shall report various representative defects, especially those of the same kind, which are many, yin and yang, continuous and serious, to relevant personnel to determine whether they are available.
● Cloth inspection speed: under normal circumstances, it shall not exceed 13 yards/minute, that is, the speed of the cloth inspection machine displays “13”.
● The edge of rolled cloth shall be aligned: the photoelectric tracking shall be opened to keep the edge of rolled cloth neat; The speed of cloth guide roller shall be slightly slower than that of cloth rolling. In case of loose cloth inspection, the opposite is true.
● Fabric withdrawal: the inspected fabric (usable) shall be warehoused and signed for acceptance. Special conditions shall be reported to relevant personnel.
● Submit report: complete the cloth inspection report, and submit it to the relevant personnel for color matching and approval in a timely manner.
